Rafael Quintana

Rafael Quintana is an Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology and an Assistant Scientist at the Achievement and Assessment Institute at the University of Kansas. His research focuses on skill development, educational inequality and methodology. He received his PhD at the University of Pittsburgh. Previously, he worked at the ICFES (the Colombian Institute for the Evaluation of Education) and the Global Partnership for Education at the World Bank.
